So if you get a chance, look around for a local apiary at your local farmers market or vendor shows. Honey holds a whole host of uses, especially as a sweet replacement for processed sugars. Use it in your breads, your baking, and add to coffee with some hot milk to make a miel. Honey even has medicinal qualities, helping to sooth sore throats and calm coughs in the wintertime. Now that he’s stepped back into the role of being a starter, Dalton Risner is working tirelessly to make sure he’s at his best for the Vikings.
