Utilize lean tools to ensure people, processes and machinery are aligned to achieve Policy Deployment
objectives. Embrace Continuous Improvement as a way of life seeking opportunities to eliminate waste in all
activities on a daily basis.
Perform the assemblies and sub-assemblies of complex and simple electromechanical and electronics products including wiring, soldering and coil winding.
Performs various marking and stamping operations to piece parts and product assemblies as required.
Receive purchases or work in-process materials. Receive, identify and stock all parts in designated areas as required. Package parts per shipping instructions using all available equipment required to complete these tasks.
Perform intermediate and final assembly operations on all product assemblies including the integration of major sub-assembles (component) into basic package type product assemblies.
Maintain and dispense a variety of tooling and supply items from the tool crib.
Make all set ups, maintain set ups and operate machines such as: CNC turning machines with cross-machining and accessory equipment, CNC Milling machines and accessory equipment, lathes, mills, grinders, hole boring machines, gear hobbing and shaping machines, engraving, burnishing, and lapping machines, drill press including accessories to the equipment, i.e., tapping heads and multiple drill heads.
Reports to the CEO. Responsible for leading the Company’s sales activity to maximize market potential and sales volume. The primary focus will be on developing relationships with current and potential customers that result in long-term strategic growth for Bowmar.
